Returns and Refunds

Our Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and delivered. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products for health and safety reasons. However, if you receive an incorrect item, damaged package, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

What to do

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Take a clear photo of the item and packaging.

2. Contact our team at greencouriernb@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Missing or Late Deliveries

We will help you asap

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:

• Please reach out to us promptly so we can track your order and resolve the issue.

• In rare cases where delivery cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control (such as an incorrect address or customer unavailability), redelivery fees may apply.

Exchanges

Our Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at greencouriernb@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
