Placing an order
How it works
Orders can be placed directly through our website greencourier.ca
To complete an order:
1. You must be 19 years of age or older and confirm so at checkout.
2. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
3. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Times
When we deliver
• Orders placed before 6 PM (AT) are typically delivered the same day, depending on location and driver availability.
• Orders placed after 6 PM (AT) will be delivered the next business day.
• Processing may take longer during peak times, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview, with extended routes available throughout select parts of Southeastern New Brunswick. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at greencouriernb@gmail.com before placing your order.
Delivery Requirements
What we require
To ensure safe and compliant delivery:
• The person placing the order must be present at the delivery address.
• A valid government-issued photo ID must be shown to confirm age and identity.
• Deliveries cannot be left unattended and will not be released to anyone under 19 years of age.
• If no one is available at the delivery location, the order will be returned to dispatch and may be subject to a redelivery fee.
Delivery Fees
What to expect
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our dispatch center.
• Free delivery may be offered on orders over a minimum purchase amount, as shown at checkout.
• Standard delivery fees range depending on your postal code and will appear before payment is completed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Our policy
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to update your order before it’s confirmed, please contact us immediately at greencouriernb@gmail.com.
Failed Deliveries
OUr policy
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• Incorrect address provided
• Customer unavailability
• Failure to present valid ID
The order will be returned to dispatch. You may request redelivery for an additional fee. Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries.
