How does The Green Courier work?

Order your cannabis products online at greencourier.ca, verify your age at checkout, and we’ll deliver directly to your door — fast, secure, and discreet.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Interac e-Transfer and cash upon delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is processed, it can’t be changed or canceled. If you need to make a correction before it’s confirmed, contact us right away at greencouriernb@gmail.com.

Delivery Information

When your order is on its way

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview, with extended routes throughout Southeastern New Brunswick. If unsure, check your postal code at checkout or email info@greencourier.ca.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 6 PM (AST) usually arrive same day, depending on location and driver availability. Orders after 6 PM (AST) are typically delivered next business day.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM (AST). Closed Sundays and statutory holidays.

What happens if I’m not home?

If no one is available to receive the order, it will return to dispatch. You may request redelivery for an additional fee. Refunds are not issued for missed deliveries.

Can someone else receive my order?

No. The person who placed the order must be present and show valid photo ID upon delivery. Due to legal reasons, we cannot leave packages unattended or with another person.

Privacy and Safety

Do I need to show ID?

Yes. You must be 19 years or older, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Orders cannot be completed without verification.

Is my information private?

Absolutely. Your data is securely stored and used only for order processing, verification, and communication. We never share or sell your information. View our Privacy Policy

Is packaging discreet?

Always. All deliveries arrive in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

How does age verification work online?

You’ll confirm that you’re of age at checkout and again upon delivery. Our couriers verify your ID before handing over your order — ensuring full compliance with NB cannabis laws.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Take a clear photo and email greencouriernb@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange products?

For safety reasons, all sales are final. We replace or refund only for defective or incorrect items. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.

How do I contact customer support?
Can I tip the driver?

Yes — tips are optional but appreciated. You can tip in cash upon delivery. 100% goes to the driver.
